Police, SWAT Called To Point Breeze House

POINT BREEZE (KDKA) – Police and SWAT were at a home in Point Breeze after officers were serving a warrant.

It started when officers went to serve a warrant at a residence in the 300 block of South Linden Ave, near Penn Avenue.

Police and SWAT were on the scene for several hours, with the suspect inside the house peacefully surrendering around 11 p.m.

Zone 5 units had South Linden completely blocked off from about 9 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.

The suspect's identity is not known.

No word on what he was wanted for.
