PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man wanted for his involvement with a Rankin murder was arrested Thursday, after nearly a year on the lam.

Police issued a warrant for Darryl Reaves last April for his involvement with the shooting death of 50-year-old Tyrone Milton outside of a Rankin bar.

However, after evading arrest for almost a year, police say Reaves was captured by US Marshals.

Authorities found Reaves at a home in the area and say he tried to flee out the back door as the entered the front door.

Reaves has been charged with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide and other charges.
