Absentee Ballot Voting
West Virginia voters can start heading to the polls today to cast votes ahead of the May 13 primary election.
Early voting runs through May 10.
In the last six statewide elections, about one in every five votes cast in West Virginia were cast during the early voting period.
There is no early voting in Pennsylvania, but you can get an absentee ballot if you have a proper excuse.
