PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Emergency officials responded after a teen was hit by a train Monday night.

It happened around 9 p.m. in Homewood Borough, Beaver County.

Officials say a 14-year-old was hit by a train near Robert Street.

First responders requested a medical helicopter to transport the teen.
