STEELERS LATE NIGHT: BBQ Bacon Burgers
- 1lb lean ground beef
- 8 bacon strips cooked crispy
- ½ cup bbq sauce
- 8oz crumbled blue cheese
- 4 buns toasted lightly and split
- 1 ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 1 1/2tsp steak seasoning

2.grill burgers over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Cook until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees . The juices should be running clear
3. Next top with crumbled blue cheese and a generous amount of your favorite bbq sauce. Next layer on the bacon. All that’s next is the bun topper and enjoy responsibly
