Whiskey Sour (classic)

  • 2 oz Wigle Organic Allegheny Wheat Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Measure and pour all ingredients together, with the egg white last. Shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds, then shake again with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
