LATROBE (KDKA) –A Westmoreland County man is facing charges after allegedly biting two people following an argument over Xanax.

According to a Tribune-Review report, the incident took place at a home in the 500-block of Miller Street in Latrobe.

A man sleeping in the home woke up and accused Wesley Kimmick, 22, of stealing nearly 30 Xanax pills.

A verbal argument quickly turned physical with Kimmick allegedly biting the victim’s ear and punching him in the face. The report states Kimmick bit part of the victim’s ear off in the altercation.

A woman was also bitten in the leg while trying to break up the fight

Kimmick is facing a list of charges including aggravated assault and simple assault.
