PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — You can now have a say in how the Port Authority improves its service.

The Port Authority will be asking the public to voice their opinions through multiple avenues, including surveys online and at local events, online discussions and public hearings.
Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald said in a press release: “We want to simplify the fare-payment process for transit riders and we want the community to participate by sharing possible changes that would be most meaningful to them.
