Police: Argument Spills Onto Street, 2 Shot In Marshall-Shadeland

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two men are in the hospital after shots were fired during a late-night argument in the city's Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 900-block of Smithton Street.

According to police, the victims were inside of a home there when an argument broke out and it spilled onto the street.

When police arrived, they found both victims lying in the street.

One victim, a 21-year-old man from Perry North, had been shot in the head. At last update, he was listed in critical condition at Allegheny General Hospital.

The other victim, a 26-year-old man from Bon Air, suffered a gunshot wound to the back. He was also taken to Allegheny General Hospital where he's listed in stable condition.

Police continue to investigate.
