Wiz Khalifa Handcuffed AT LAX After Refusing To Get Off Hoverboard

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa was thrown to the ground and handcuffed by US Customs officers at Los Angeles International Airport this weekend.

Video on Wiz's Instagram page shows the officers pinning him to the ground.

The Post-Gazette says he was handcuffed after refusing to stop riding his hoverboard at the airport.

Wiz even shared video footage of the incident on his Instagram account, writing, "3 cops yell stop resisting. Only thing to do is let em know. I'm not resisting, I'm doin what I want."

He was later released.

Wiz was returning to the US from a trip to France and Finland.
