Three Injured As Car Overturns On Route 28 In Kittanning
ARMSTRONG (KDKA)- According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, three were injured early Sunday morning as a car overturned on Rt. 28 in Rayburn Township. Allen Best, 35, lost control of his vehicle, spun out, went down over an embankment.
Best hit a fence, which caused the car to finally roll and and land on its wheels. The 35-year old sustained moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Best had two passengers in the car with him. Angel Marstellar, 25, was transported to a medical facility for precautionary reasons. Lastly, Best had a two-year old girl in the backseat inside a safety seat. She was not injured. Both were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
