WEST HOMESTEAD (KDKA) – Fire officials are looking into the cause of an SUV fire that spread to the front porch of a home.

The fire started around 4 a.m. at a home along West 8th Avenue in West Homestead.

The SUV was fully engulfed when crews arrived, and some of the flames charred the front porch of the home.

The fire was quickly put out and nobody was hurt.

The SUV was heavily damaged and the house had just minor damage to the porch.

Firefighters are looking into what caused the SUV to catch fire.
