Wind Chill Advisory Issued For Monday Morning

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for Monday morning.
The alert is issued for the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset and Washington.

Between the hours of 1 a.m. and noon, people should expect wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour, and wind chills of 10 to 15 degrees below zero.
