Parents are more than concerned about the alleged photos.
“I would say that’s completely wrong, I’d be disturbed in my kids were receiving anything like that, I’d be taking their cell phones away,” one mother said.
Chief Harry Frucht would not go into further detail about the pictures, or say how many students were involved, but did say that there is a lot of ground to cover.READ MORE: Millennials Paying More Attention To Life Planning As COVID-19 Pandemic Causes Wake-Up Call
“We have the phone, we’re doing a dump on the phone. We’ve done a dump on one of the apps, we got a number of pictures. There’s other apps we have to looks at, each app has who knows what on it, and who know how many people we will have to interview,” Frucht said.
The Peters Township School District sent a statement reading: “The matter was immediately turned over to the Peters Township police who are investigating. While the pictures were reportedly taken outside the school setting, disciplinary actions have been taken by the school.”
