Mike Ramsden overheard the shooting while he was inside his home.
"I stopped into make lunch for my girlfriend real quick before I headed out for the rest of my job. And I heard about six or seven gunshots go off, just a 'boom, boom, boom.' I thought maybe it was construction that was down the street, Terry Plumbing was doing some construction down the street. I thought maybe they hit a gas line, she's like 'no, it's gun shots.' So I come out and next thing I know five or six cars come wailing down the street," Ramsden said.
Around 7 p.m. SWAT discovered there was no one inside the area they were searching and cleared the scene.
