Dupuis said that you just knew Sidney Crosby would bust out at some point this year and he is playing at a tremendous level right now.

“It was just a matter of time,” Dupuis said. “He needed something to drive him again and now he is playing some great hockey. He is having fun playing hockey and maybe the coaching change helped a bit.”

Dupuis said this team, despite its ups and downs all year, will always be in the Stanley Cup mix.

“With this group of guys you know the Cup is going to be talked about every year,” Dupuis said. “It’s a matter of executing, it’s a matter of luck. It’s a matter of not getting injured. There is so much to be put into a season. Everything needs to fall in place so definitely in talk, but obviously needs to happen again.”
