Don's Appliances Recipe: July 4th BBQ Recipes
Chef Anthony Marino stopped by PTL to show off some delicious recipes that are perfect for a July 4th barbecue!
Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 pork butt
- Pork seasoning
- Salt pepper
- 1 cup Carolina gold bbq sauce
Directions
Place oven on convection roast 300 degrees . Marinate pork and cover . Toast for 4 to 6 hours until pull apart tender. Toss with your favorite bbq sauce
Citrus Potato Salad
- 2 oranges
- 2lemons
- 2limes
- 1cup shredded mozzarella
- I bunch dill
- 1/4 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1tsp salt 1/4tsp pepper
- 5# redskin potatoes
- 1cup olive oil
Directions
Steam potatoes off in convection steamer at 212 degrees for 40 minutes. Or just boil in salted water until tender
Cool and slice . Place all Ingredients in bowl and juice all citrus. Marinate over potatoes and serve
Ribs
6 baby back ribs
1 cup dry spice mix
4 oz Carolina gold
3 sheets foil
Directions
Season racks and coat with sauce. Roast 300 degrees 4 hours. Place in cast iron to caramelize and serve.
