FORWARD TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Police issued an arrest warrant for a man in connection to a fatal shooting that took place outside a Forward Township bar early Saturday morning.
Joshua Wardlaw, 21, is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Johnathan Minnie, of Belle Vernon. Witnesses tell detectives Minnie was walking with two women in the bar parking lot when Wardlaw jumped out of a dark colored car and said “what’s up?” Police say that’s when he opened fire, standing eight feet away. Minnie reportedly pulled the two females to the ground while Wardlaw allegedly kept shooting.
Minnie suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was sent to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m. Two 27-year-old women were also shot and transported to local hospitals. Police say both were last reported to be in stable condition.

Wardlaw is facing charges of criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
