Report: Ladarius Green Out Of Camp Due To Recurring Headaches
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - The Steelers signed former San Diego Chargers tight end Ladarius Green to a 4-year $20 million contract with a $4.75 million signing bonus this offseason but may never see him take the field.
As reported by the NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala, Green has been on the PUP list since the start of camp, but he remains on it for reasons other than recovering from offseason ankle surgery.
ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that the Steelers may eventually cut Green.
If Green didn't report the headache issues he's suffering from to the Steelers when he signed with the team this offseason, they could try to recover the money they gave him.
Before this news even broke, our own Colin Dunlap was already getting nervous about Green's ability to contribute to the Steelers cause this year.
Stay tuned to 93.7 The FAN for the latest on Green's status.
