PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – Coming off a mostly disappointing season by his standards, Josh Harrison may now find himself on the trading block.
According to Fox Sports Ken Rosenthal, the Pirates had plans of moving Harrison had they been able to re-sign super-utilityman Sean Rodriguez.
Rosenthal reports that, despite not being able to keep Rordiguez, the Pirates still may weigh their options when it comes to moving Harrison.
Harrison is due $7.5 million in 2017, $10 million in 2018 and has club options in 2019 and 2020.
If Harrison were traded now, his likely replacements would be either Adam Frazier or Alen Hanson.
