Sen. Bob Casey Invites Pittsburgh Army Veteran To State Of The Union Address

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey is inviting a Pittsburgh Army veteran to the State of the Union address.

Monica Hughes will be Casey's guest for the speech.

Hughes has been a TSA officer at Pittsburgh International Airport for almost four years.

Hughes says during the recent government shutdown, her family had to use their savings and apply for food stamps to make ends meet.
