Country Music Star Garth Brooks Joins The Pittsburgh Pirates

BRADENTON (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Pirates have a very special guest joining them to open Spring Training.
Country music star Garth Brooks will be working out with the Bucs in Bradenton.
"Ready to put in some work here with @garthbrooks to help raise awareness for his @teammates4kids foundation as they celebrate their 20th anniversary."
Brooks will be with the club until next Thursday.
"The Thunder Rolls into Pirate City this week as @garthbrooks joins your Bucs for some Spring Training fun! #WelcometotheBucs, Garth!"
The country music star has made Spring Training appearances around the league in the past. He has also worked out with the San Diego Padres and New York Mets in previous years.
On an unrelated note, Brooks will also be in Pittsburgh this May for a concert at Heinz Field.
