Picklesburgh Crowd So Large, Police Forced To Shut Down Roberto Clemente Bridge
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- It's one of the more popular Pittsburgh events of the summer and this year Picklesburgh attracted quite the crowd.
So much so that the Roberto Clemente Bridge had reached its capacity and people had to be turned away.
TOO MANY YINZERS! Police have both ends of the Roberto Clemente Bridge closed because there are too many people at #Picklesburgh. If you're parked on the North Shore, well... good luck. pic.twitter.com/n4oXjR4waK

According to the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the bridge is occasionally closed for short periods of time in order to allow all guests an opportunity to visit all vendors and the wait is usually no more than 20 minutes.
