Duquesne Man Sentenced For Being Part Of Heroin Distribution Operation
CLARKSBURG, WV (KDKA) -- Chad Juan M. Neal of Duquesne was sentenced to 22 months in jail for heroin distribution in West Virginia.
The 26-year-old also known as CJ pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin in April and admitted to being part of a heroin distribution ring in Harrison County and other places from January 2016 until May 2016.
