David McCullough Bridge Reopened To All Traffic
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Since being reduced to one lane since June, the David McCullough Bridge (16th Street) has been fully reopened.
The bridge was under construction in order to repair the steel, downspout, and scupper.
The bridge also received paving, fence installation, and painting.
