Fayette County Man Charged With Possessing 4 Bombs
FAYETTE COUNTY (KDKA) -- A Fayette County man has been charged with possessing four bombs.
The Department of Justice announced Thursday that Nathanael Varney was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of violating federal firearm laws.
He possessed four improvised explosive devices on or about Aug. 15, officials said.
Varney faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both.
