Humane Society Of Westmoreland County Rescue Emaciated Dog And Her Puppies

GREENSBURG (KDKA) - The Humane Society of Westmoreland County is asking for the community's help after they rescued a very skinny dog and her puppies on Wednesday.

So far, they have raised nearly $1,400 for the dogs.

They say the mother is emaciated and requires a lot of care.
