Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Train Under Tarentum Bridge, County Police Investigating
TARENTUM, Pa. (KDKA) -- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a train under the Tarentum Bridge.
She has been identified as Beth Graff, 39, of Tarentum.
Officials said the train vs. pedestrian accident happened on Friday night on the mid-block of 5th Avenue.
According to Allegheny County Police, Graff was walking northbound on the tracks when a train carrying non-hazardous material struck her.
It is believed she was wearing headphones when she was hit.
