ALLEGHENY COUNTY (KDKA) — Libraries in Allegheny County are planning their reopening.

Staff will be allowed back with proper personal protective equipment and if the library meets CDC guidelines.

They’ll work on how to get the order to people and quarantine items after they’re returned.
