Six People Suing Giant Eagle Over Face Mask Policy
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Giant Eagle is facing a lawsuit over its face mask policy.
According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, six people claim they are not being allowed to enter the stores because they're not wearing masks.
They say they cannot wear masks due to breathing problems.
The suit has been filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
