Dressing
- 1/3 cup Champagne Vinegar
- 2/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp. Agave Nectar or Honey
- 1/4 of an Orange - juiced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
