Allegheny County Sending Out Mail-In Ballot Applications

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Allegheny County Elections Division has begun sending out mail-in ballot applications to voters who have not applied yet.
The county says the process will span several weeks. You can apply online here. If you want to vote in person, just throw out the application and vote on Election Day.
