Man In Critical Condition After Shooting In Troy Hill

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man is in critical condition after a shooting in Troy Hill Saturday morning, according to Pittsburgh Police.
The victim was shot on Lowrie Street around 10 a.m. Saturday. Investigators say they discovered evidence of an altercation between two motorists ahead of the shooting.
VCU detectives are actively investigating the incident.
