PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A woman from Verona is among three others that are challenging a Pennsylvania gun law.
According to their lawsuit, statutes requiring a person to be 21-years-old to get a license to carry a firearm are “unconstitutional under the 2nd and 14th amendments.”
Those involved with the lawsuit are gun owners under 21-years-old.
They also seek to be able to legally transport guns.
