Tarentum Borough Police Find Missing 16-Year-Old Ronald Ratliff Safe

TARENTUM, Pa. (KDKA) - The missing 16-year-old Ronald Ratliff has returned home safe.
Police said Ronald had been missing since around 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
According to a Facebook post from his sister, he returned home around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday night.
