DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (KDKA) – Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco won’t be playing anymore in the Dominican Winter League this season after fracturing his wrist.
According to a report from Nathalie Alonso, Polanco’s injury was revealed by Leones del Escogido’s general manager on Sunday during a virtual news conference.
Despite the injury, the Pirates are expecting Polanco to be ready for Spring Training.
