Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Sends More Than 50,000 Books To Pittsburgh Kids

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - More than 50,000 books have been sent to young Pittsburghers courtesy of Dolly Parton.

Her Imagination Library sends a free book every month to kids under the age of 5.

The city started its partnership with the program last year.

Families who live in the city can register to get the free books until their child's fifth birthday.

The Benter Foundation and United Way also help make the program possible.
