PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh Police have arrested a man accused of shooting his neighbor.

Police say they responded to reports of shots fired on Vincent Street around 11:05 p.m. Saturday.

A man was found with a gunshot wound to the elbow, according to police, and was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Police allege Joseph Baker, the victim’s neighbor, shot the victim.

Baker has been charged with aggravated assault.
