Lower Burrell Community Celebrates St. Patrick's Day Early With Parade

LOWER BURRELL, Pa. (KDKA) -- It was not March 17, but in Lower Burrell, they were celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
The scaled-down parade ran for less than a mile through the town, but it did the trick.
Organizers say with everyone cooped up, the community needed a little joy.
