State Police Issue Flash Flooding Risk Reminders With Spring Rain On The Horizon

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- With spring getting into full swing, state police want to remind people that it doesn't take a lot of flash flooding water to knock you down or wash away your car.

Those things can happen in just two feet of water or less.

On an average person that's just above your knees.
