Port Authority Planning On Expanding, Improving McCandless Park-And-Ride Lot

MCCANDLESS (KDKA) -- The Port Authority is getting set to expand and improve a park-and-ride lot in McCandless.

According to KDKA's news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the project would add more parking spots, install new sidewalks, improve handicapped access, and repave and paint parking areas.

The board will vote on Friday to approve the project.

It would take around nine months to complete the work.
