PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Anthrocon, the annual furry convention held in Pittsburgh was canceled this year and last year, but organizers are planning for a return to host an in-person convention next summer.

Organizers say they’re planning to return to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center next summer.

The convention is set to be held between June 30 and July 3.

A virtual event was held earlier this month.

Last year’s convention was canceled altogether due to the pandemic.
