Suspects Accused Of Stealing No Parking Signs And Ripping Down Flags Turn Themselves In

MILLVALE (KDKA) - Two suspects accused of destroying American flags and stealing no parking signs in Millvale have turned themselves in to police.

Police said on Sept. 16, 23-year-old Colin Shafer and 26-year-old John Beutner were caught on camera ripping down flags and stealing no parking signs throughout the borough.

The police said that replacing the 50 no parking signs could cost thousands of dollars to replace.

The pair are charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
