Mount Pleasant Police Searching For Missing 17-Year-Old Devan Smith

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Mount Pleasant Borough Police are searching for a missing 17-year-old boy.
Police say Devan Smith was last seen in Cook Township on Saturday. Police say he has brown hair and blue eyes.
