Shaler Township Police Collect 483 Pounds Worth Of Medications During National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

SHALER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- The Shaler Township Police Department collected 483 pounds of unused medications on Saturday.
Saturday marked National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, and multiple local police departments, including Shaler Township Police, held collection drives.
Shaler Township Police say they were able to store all the unused prescriptions in 24 boxes.
