Plum Borough School District No Longer Guaranteeing Bus Rides

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Possible transportation trouble is brewing in the Plum Borough School District.

The district says it can no longer guarantee bus service for its students.

Like many others, the district is going through a bus driver shortage.

District leaders detailed the struggle in a letter sent to parents on Friday.

Officials say that starting Monday, if transportation on a bus route can't be provided, parents will be notified by 6:00 a.m.
