Gold’s Gym, while a bit more corporate than other options, has a lot of what cyclists are looking for with two types of spin classes. For the more traditional rider, check out its cycle classes, which are perfect for riders of all fitness levels. Or ride to the rhythm with RPM classes. You’ll go through mountain peaks, hills, flats, time trials and interval training all while listening to pumped-up powerful music. Both classes are taught by great, experienced instructors.
