A pair of bald eagles is nesting in Allegheny County, but their exact location is a closely guarded secret!

The eagles are very particular about their nesting conditions, so the game commission will only say they’ve established their home in Crescent Township. The commission’s even working with the landowner to keep the area secure. As for how the pair was spotted, the commission’s Tom Fazi says it was eagle-eyed residents, of course! Bald eagles hunting for food is common along the Three Rivers, but Fazi says having the eagles NEST is a first in Allegheny County.
