Sir, I strongly urge you to reject any legislation which would ‘regulate’ the Internet. I don’t want to sound critical (although this will) but most everything the government gets involved in ends up being a mess. Just look at Medicare and Medicaid. From what I have read about the ‘health care issues’ it sounds like this also is going to result in a costly mess for the American taxpayer.

Please Senator Casey, let the Internet alone. It doesn’t need ‘regulation’ (another work for increased taxes).
