Blawnox woman case appealed again

 

 Peggy Albright, 60, of Blawnox spoke out during Blawnox Council meeting at the October 13, 2008 meeting.  She felt she was within her rights to state her opinion but the Allegheny County prosecutors saw it different.Albright was charged with disorderly conduct and disrupting acouncil meeting.  The charges did not conclude to be criminal and she is within her rights to speak her thoughts.  The Allegheny County prosecutors feel that punishment is in order so her and others will know more structure and organization when addressing their representatives and officials.
